Our Policies

We’re so happy to have you join us. To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all, please take a moment to review our policies.

Waiver & Check-In

A completed waiver is required before attending any class or spa service. Please ensure yours is submitted ahead of time.

Arrival Times

To guarantee entry, please arrive at least 5 minutes before a mat yoga class and 15 minutes before an aerial yoga class. Late arrivals may result in your spot being given to a student on standby. For spa services, including massage therapy, reiki, and infrared sauna, arriving late may result in a shortened session.

Cancellation Policy

A late cancellation for classes is considered within 3 hours of the start time and may result in a $10 fee for members or the loss of a class credit for package holders. For spa services, including massage therapy, reiki, and infrared sauna, a late cancellation is considered within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time and may result in the loss of a service credit or a $10 fee.

Late Entry & Early Exits

We do not permit late entry to any class, event, or workshop, and early exits are not allowed except in the event of a medical emergency. Please plan to attend only classes, events, and workshops, which you are able to stay for the entire time.

Cell Phones

Cell phones must be turned off or set to silent and left in the cubby room (don’t forget to check your alarms). Cell phone use is not permitted anywhere in the building or in the practice room.

Soft Voices

Please use soft voices throughout the building to respect others who may be in class, using the infrared sauna, or receiving a massage.

Minimum Age

Our minimum age for participation is 16, with an accompanying adult aged 21 or older.

Practice Room Etiquette

  • No shoes, food, or beverages (other than water) are allowed in the practice room.

  • Please arrive showered and clean, and observe basic hygiene. Refrain from wearing perfumes, colognes, or strong scents, and avoid bringing cigarette or marijuana smoke into the practice space.

  • Roll your mat out in a way that provides room for yourself and other students to practice comfortably. In fuller classes, the top edge of your mat should be aligned with a sunflower.

  • All props should be sanitized after use and put away neatly, as you found them.

Yoga Mats & Towels

Yoga mats are available for rent for $3, and full-length mat towels for $2. Mats are provided at no additional charge for all aerial yoga classes, events, and workshops.

Prohibited Items

For the safety and comfort of all, no alcohol, drugs, or weapons are allowed on the premises.

Neutral Environment

Moksha Yoga + Spa is a place for relaxation, growth, and community. Please be mindful of others by refraining from soliciting personal information or engaging in discussions about hot-topic issues (such as politics, religion, or controversial matters). Everyone deserves a neutral, welcoming environment free from distractions.

Injury or Health Conditions

Please inform your teacher or therapist of any injuries, health conditions, or concerns before your class or service so that appropriate accommodations can be offered.

Holiday and Unforeseen Closures

Our yoga studio and spa will be closed on the following holidays each year: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. Please note that additional closures may occur due to weather-related events or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event of such closures, we will make every effort to notify you in advance. Please also be aware that we do not honor extensions on expiration dates or offer prorates for missed time due to holidays or unforeseen closures.
